A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of
the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, to the governor's
office--governor's cabinet on children and families, account
no. fund 8792, fiscal year 1996, organization 0100,
supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-six.
Whereas, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds continuing programs now available for expenditure in
the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred ninety-six, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of
this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, to
account no. fund 8792, fiscal year 1996, organization 0100, be
supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by
twenty thousand dollars as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
six, by adding twenty thousand dollars to the existing
appropriation for a head start-collaboration grant.
